MetaMinds Operational Performance Assessment typically takes three to five days per facility and involves two or three of our experienced Operational Excellence experts. During the assessment, we will conduct extensive onsite observations, data-driven performance analysis & benchmarking, and focused one-on-one interviews, and discussions.

Upon completion of the assessment a detailed report about your current strengths and opportunities will be presented, including a prioritized list of initiatives that would lead to significant operational performance improvements based on our assessment.
