Rakesh Dhand is a leader with 30+ years of experience in the supply chain function, including leadership roles. He is proficient in developing and implementing Project Contracting and Procurement Strategies, negotiating and overseeing the entire lifecycle of large, complex contracts with diverse compensation models. Rakesh possesses a detailed understanding of all kinds of contract forms and excel in the Bid, Evaluate, Award, closeout and claims process.

Throughout his career, he predominantly led Owner or EPC Supply Chain teams in Large and Mega Oil & Gas Projects.

Rakesh demonstrates expertise in hiring, coaching, mentoring, motivating, and fostering high-performing teams with a strong emphasis on collaborative teamwork. He is skilled in cultivating, reinforcing, and navigating relationships within large, complex, and matrix projects and organizations.
