Bio:
Sudhanshu Sant is a management professional with an extensive background in developing strategies and delivering large-scale transformation efforts. Having lived in four countries, Sudhanshu’s diverse experience in the energy industry spans project and operations management, supply chain strategy, planning and performance analysis, field logistics and marine construction.

Sudhanshu believes in building strong relationships, encouraging open dialogue, and applying creative problem-solving techniques to achieve win-win solutions. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, an MBA from Thunderbird - The American Graduate School of International Management (Arizona), and PMI-PMP certification.

Outside of work, Sudhanshu enjoy traveling, spending quality time with family, coaching and mentoring, and exploring the art and science of various healing techniques.
